Data Deletion
Data Deletion
Pangu stores some data locally on your device and some shared data remotely so groups can continue working. This page explains the ways you can remove data.
Delete local device data
1
Delete Pangu from your device.
2
This removes the app's local sandbox, cached state, and saved local session from that device.
If you reinstall the app later, it will start fresh on that device unless you reconnect to your data through the app's recovery flows. If you use recovery on another device, Pangu is designed to keep linked devices connected to the same account data rather than removing access from the first device.
Deleting the app does not automatically delete shared remote group history from the backend.
Delete remote shared data
1
Group creators can remove or manage groups and members using the in-app group controls where supported.
2
If you need help with a group-specific deletion request, contact support and include the group name and a short description of the issue.
Because Pangu preserves shared accounting history, some deletion scenarios may need manual review to avoid breaking balances, settlements, or linked-device access for other members.
Request help
If you need help understanding what is local versus remote, want to request assistance with deleting group-related data, or need help after a reinstall or device change, email support@udo-apps.com. Do not include join codes, recovery codes, or payment details unless support specifically asks for them.
