Dhayam 1 is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment — playing a traditional dice-and-board game against the computer, with others on the same device, or online with people you invite via a room code. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its backend services, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Anyone you share a room code or join link with can enter that game room. You're responsible for who you share a room code with. We may remove or purge room data at any time, including automatically for inactive or finished rooms, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Dhayam 1 is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app or its online features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDO Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Dhayam 1.
We may update, improve, or modify Dhayam 1, or these Terms, at any time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
